Pricing and Deposit Policy
Please note that custom orders with Bison Saddlery require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the estimated total cost at the time the order is placed. For fixed price items, payment in full is required at the time of ordering. Please also allow six to eight weeks for delivery of most custom items.
